This is quick and fast smoothie to hit
the road with:
Place contents in a blender or mixer. Use the pulse setting making sure not to over blend. Over blending will create a lot of foam. Pour into a serving container and sprinkle with
cinnamon, ground flax, raw honey
or anything else you want!
I made this tonight when looking for recipes and found this one posted. I make my own kefir and used the frozen blueberries plus dried honey - something I found at the Asian market and really like because it adds no liquid. So delicious!

You may add stevia or other sweetener, if desired.
Place in blender, on pulsate, until smooth and blended. As always, you can add additional super foods, hemp protein, etc. Enjoy!
