Culture Recipes and More...

Culture Recipes For
All Our Diferent
Culture Starters

Below you will find some of the best recipes for incorporating cultured pro-biotic foods into your diet.  Some of the recipes very from the simple to the more advanced, most of the recipes we choose are provide for the person living a faster paced lifestyle.  Changing your diet to one using more cultured and pro-biotic foods can be very trouble-free.  Many times, it is as simple as replacing an item within a menu with a healthier choice:  An example would be making a Reuben sandwich that uses fresh, marinated homemade tempeh vs. processed roast beef.

Many of the recipe’s are in the “Auga-auga” form (A little of this and a bit of that), so there are not precise measurements for all the recipes.  We each like our food in a certain way and most people living this lifestyle will change the recipe to their liking and dietary needs.  An herb or spice can have a stronger in taste from one year to the next, in turn an ingredient, is used less or more to suite ones has needs and taste.  The same applies to the cultured food world, if your dairy kefir has a very tart taste less is used in the recipe or smoothie.
